Guillermo Cuadra

Guillermo Cuadra is the principal at Cuadra Law, a small boutique firm specializing in Land Use, Government Relations, Procurement Law, and Municipal Law. In this capacity, he assists companies and individuals navigate the complex maze of government at every level, local, state, and federal. Guillermo has served as City Attorney for municipalities in South Florida.  His passion to help clients in their dealings with government stem from his work in Miami-Dade County, the largest municipal government in the Southeastern United States. During his fourteen years in Miami-Dade, Guillermo served in multiple capacities, including Intergovernmental Coordinator, Legal Advisor, Chief Legislative Analyst, and Legislative Director. During this time, he developed a keen sense of what it takes to deal with governmental bureaucracies and decide to fully engage in private practice as a problem solver for his clients. Guillermo is a graduate of Florida International University and the University of Miami School of Law.
